Helpful host, gluten-free pizza, clean rooms, functioning air conditioning, spacious room with TV and balcony.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was spacious and clean, with functional air conditioning and a balcony. the host went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, recommending a nearby restaurant with gluten-free options. the location was perfect for travelers flying into Venice and heading south toward Florence or San Marino.

Communication with staff could be improved, as some had limited English proficiency.

Rooms were decent sized and came with standard amenities. Location was great to access nearby attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included yogurt and pastries.
